EFE Invicta Model Rail Commission - 16903 Leyland National London Transport

We are please to announce a new limited edition model exclusively for
Invicta Model Rail, which is due for release in April.

Our bus is modelled on LS488, a short dual door Leyland National Mk2, which was delivered in May 1981 to London Transport, for Red Arrow work from Victoria (Gillingham Street) garage. With a decline in the Red Arrow network during 1982, a period of store was to follow, before a trip to Aldenham in December 1982 for upseating and fitting of ticket machine. LS488 was then allocated to Stockwell for the P4 in January 1983.
